Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Makati. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing phone interactions, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all customer interactions.

  • Strong Phone Etiquette
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
