We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to support our US customers by providing timely, professional, and solutions-focused assistance. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer-first attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The position is full onsite and follows a night shift schedule to align with US business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to US-based clients.
- Handle inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the system following company guidelines.
- Meet performance metrics related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate information delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience, preferably supporting international (US) customers.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computer systems, email, and CRM platforms.
- Willingness to work onsite during night shift hours (between 9:00 PM 11:00 PM start time).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a BPO or customer support role for US-based clients.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
