At Sodarizer, we make soda and sparkling drinks possible at home through Soda Makers. Every day, real customers are excitedly waiting for their orders, asking questions, and trusting us to take care of them.

That's where you come in.

As our Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the warm, dependable person our customers rely on. You'll make sure orders are processed, questions are answered, and every person who reaches out to us feels genuinely taken care of.

What Your Day Will Look Like

Keeping Orders Moving

  • Process orders coming in from our Website, Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop
  • Book couriers and make sure orders go out accurately and on time
  • Do a quick inventory check at the end of each day to keep everything in order

Taking Care of Our Customers

  • Reply to customer messages on Facebook, Email, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok
  • Answer questions, sort out concerns, and follow up with kindness and care
  • Be the kind of representative that customers actually remember in a good way

Staying on Top of Everything

  • Handle multiple conversations and tasks at the same time without losing track
  • Spot patterns in customer concerns and flag them to the team
  • Keep your records accurate and updated daily

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • A warm, bubbly personality that comes through even in a chat message
  • Good judgment and common sense you know how to handle situations well
  • Experience managing multiple tasks or platforms at the same time
  • Some background in customer service, online selling, or order handling
  • Comfortable using e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with courier coordination (J&T, Ninja Van, Lalamove, etc.)
  • Worked in a fast-paced online store before
  • Familiar with basic inventory tracking

This probably isn't for you if:

  • Talking to people all day feels exhausting
  • You prefer slow, predictable days with minimal surprises
  • You need a lot of hand-holding to get things done
