We're building a team of Customer Service Representatives for one of the biggest names in banking. Whether you're just starting your career after graduation or you've already spent some time in a call center, we'd love to meet you.
What you'll be doing:
Think of yourself as a financial guide. You'll be the go-to person for customers calling about their credit cards—helping them with everything from waiving fees and setting up installments to investigating transaction disputes and activating new cards.
It's not just about data entry; it's about listening, empathizing, and finding the right solution every time.
