- We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our growing Operations team for the BDO Account. This is a billable role where you'll handle inbound customer concerns and provide top-tier service across a range of banking-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound calls via our hotline system.
- Addressing inquiries and concerns such as:
- Waivers and reversals
- Installment programs
- Card delivery and application follow-up
- Credit limit increases
- SOA requests
- Transaction disputes and general account questions
- Accurately capturing and processing data.
- Delivering professional, clear, and empathetic customer communication.
Required
- College graduate OR at least 2 years in college or vocational school (preferably in a Financial course)
- If not a college graduate, at least 3 months of BPO experience in a customer service role
- Proficient in English and Filipino (oral and written)
- Strong grammar, clear pronunciation, and professional communication
- Basic computer literacy
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Willingness to relocate if required (with relocation package)
Preferred (Nice To Have)
- Previous experience with BDO or holding a BDO Credit Card
