Job Description

  • We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our growing Operations team for the BDO Account. This is a billable role where you'll handle inbound customer concerns and provide top-tier service across a range of banking-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound calls via our hotline system.
  • Addressing inquiries and concerns such as:
  • Waivers and reversals
  • Installment programs
  • Card delivery and application follow-up
  • Credit limit increases
  • SOA requests
  • Transaction disputes and general account questions
  • Accurately capturing and processing data.
  • Delivering professional, clear, and empathetic customer communication.

Required

  • College graduate OR at least 2 years in college or vocational school (preferably in a Financial course)
  • If not a college graduate, at least 3 months of BPO experience in a customer service role
  • Proficient in English and Filipino (oral and written)
  • Strong grammar, clear pronunciation, and professional communication
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed
  • Willingness to relocate if required (with relocation package)

Preferred (Nice To Have)

  • Previous experience with BDO or holding a BDO Credit Card
