About the Role

We're looking for a Creative Manager who blends strong creative execution with leadership and project management. This role goes beyond design as you'll guide creative direction, manage workflows, and ensure high-quality delivery across all marketing touchpoints. You should be both a hands-on senior creative and a strategic thinker, someone who can generate ideas, execute when needed, and lead a team to bring campaigns to life efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Direction & Execution

• Lead the development of creative concepts across digital, social, and print

• Ensure all outputs meet brand standards and campaign objectives

• Contribute hands-on to design, motion graphics, and multimedia assets when needed

• Provide clear creative direction and feedback to designers

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Own end-to-end creative project management from brief to delivery

• Manage timelines, priorities, and resources across multiple projects

• Work closely with marketing, engagement, and external teams to align on deliverables

• Translate business goals into actionable creative briefs

Team Leadership & Development

• Manage and mentor junior and senior designers

• Review work, provide constructive feedback, and elevate overall team output

• Help define workflows and improve team efficiency

• Foster a collaborative and idea-driven creative culture

Strategy & Innovation

• Bring fresh, conceptual thinking to campaigns and brand initiatives

• Stay updated on trends in digital, motion, and content creation

• Identify opportunities to improve creative impact and production processes

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years experience in a multimedia / creative role, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity

• Strong portfolio showcasing digital, social, and motion work

• Proven ability to conceptualize and execute campaigns

• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously

• Strong understanding of design, animation, and content production workflows

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Tools & Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere)

• Familiarity with Figma for design collaboration.

• Understanding of content formats across platforms (social, app, web, paid media)

• Bonus: Experience with AI tools for creative production
