Job SummaryWe are seeking a Technical Product Owner to lead the end-to-end delivery of digital solutions for an AI-powered platform. This role will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring that product requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered with quality. The ideal candidate has strong experience in product ownership, requirements engineering, and cross-functional collaboration in a global environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead requirements discovery by collecting, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements; align with global stakeholders (US, China, Philippines)
- Identify business pain points and propose end-to-end solutions, including workflow design, wireframes/prototypes, and prioritization
- Own and manage the product backlog; translate business needs into epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to assess technical feasibility, define dependencies, and manage trade-offs (scope, timeline, quality)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including frontend, backend, data, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, and other product teams
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Support testing and release readiness, including UAT coordination, defect triage, release documentation, and post-release monitoring
- Track product delivery and performance using metrics; drive continuous improvement in processes and product quality
Required Qualifications- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, System Implementation, or IT/Enterprise Consulting
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong capability in requirements engineering, including discovery, documentation, prioritization, and stakeholder management
- Solid understanding of web applications and system integration concepts (APIs, databases, data flows, authentication)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong English proficiency (spoken and written) for daily collaboration with international teams
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to new domains, and work in fast-paced environments
- Self-driven, accountable, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working with AI/ML products, OCR technologies, or document/data extraction workflows
- Background in insurance, fintech, or enterprise SaaS industries
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL and BI platforms
- Experience working in Agile environments and iterative delivery models
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Postman, and Swagger/OpenAPI
