Job Description

We're looking for a strategic, data-driven marketer to shape how our fintech solutions connect with specific customer segments. In this role, you'll turn insights into action, lead go-to-market strategies, and drive measurable growth in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do:

  • Analyze customer data and insights to inform segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
  • Define and market fintech products for priority customer segments.
  • Lead go-to-market planning and execute tailored, end-to-end marketing campaigns.
  • Optimize customer journeys and digital touchpoints to improve engagement and satisfaction.
  • Track campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs to continuously improve results.
  • Monitor competitors, industry trends, and regulatory developments.
  • Manage segment budgets, support P&L ownership, and contribute to pricing strategies.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experienced in segment, product, or brand marketing preferably in the financial service industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience turning data into clear recommendations.
  • Proven success delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation and personalized marketing.
  • Understanding of fintech products, trends, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
