WORK SCHEDULE
- Dayshift (8:00AM to 5:00PM/9:00AM to 6:00PM)
- Weekend shifts for weekly reports (Saturday - WFH, Sunday - Onsite)
- Mandatory to render work every 1st, 2nd, 3rd day of every month for crucial month-end reports (Will get compensated if falls on a holiday/rest day)
- Guaranteed 2-day rest days during weekdays
JOB SUMMARY
The Data Analyst plays a pivotal role within our organization, working closely under the direct supervision of the Data Scientist. This role involves collecting, organizing, and interpreting statistical information to empower both internal colleagues and external clients in making informed decisions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Enhances data collection procedures for building analytical systems
- Filter and clean data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
- Performs other functions and acts that may be assigned from time to time as the business requires.
JOB COMPETENCIES/SPECIFICATIONS
- At least 2 years of work experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong MS Excel competency in formulas & functions.
- Skilled in SQL, Python, JavaScript is a plus.
- A high level of mathematical ability.
- Accuracy and attentive to detail.
- The ability to plan work and meet deadlines.
- Technical expertise in data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
