About the Role
As a NOC Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and performance of our network operations.
Qualifications and preferred skills:
- With 3-5 years experience in Network Operations Center
- Prior MSP experience (a plus)
- Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019
- Active Directory & Microsoft 365 administration
- Strong understanding of DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP
- Microsoft Exchange & SQL Server
- VMware vSphere knowledge
- Experience with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) software
- Experience with Palo Alto Firewall, Fortinet, Watchguard, and SonicWall
- Professional services automation (PSA) software experience
- Backup technologies & security best practices
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (not required but good to have)
- Network+ | Security+ | Microsoft Fundamentals (preferred)
