Develop a strong understanding of the company's products/services.
Provide accurate information to clients and assist in troubleshooting basic questions.
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product changes and new offers.
5. Contribution to Strategy
Provide feedback from customers to help improve products and campaigns.
Suggest new sales approaches or marketing ideas based on market observations.
Help identify opportunities for growth in existing and new markets.
