The Opportunity

This opportunity supports a professional services firm specializing in business brokerage, acquisitions, and exit advisory. The team operates in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment where consistent lead flow and structured pipeline management are critical to success. This role is responsible for building and managing the systems that power both inbound and outbound lead generation efforts. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality opportunities are captured, tracked, and efficiently routed to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage lead generation and pipeline systems to support consistent opportunity flow
  • Maintain and update CRM data, ensuring accurate lead tracking, tagging, and routing
  • Coordinate and execute inbound and outbound marketing campaigns across channels
  • Manage sales development and prospecting activities to generate new leads
  • Analyze marketing and pipeline performance using reporting tools and dashboards
  • Ensure timely distribution of leads to internal team members
  • Continuously identify and implement improvements to optimize pipeline performance and conversion rates

Compensation


Competitive monthly compensation based on experience and role scope.

Monthly compensation ranges from ₱30,000 – ₱46,000, depending on experience and role scope. Final compensation is aligned with the candidate's experience level.

Required Skills

Core Technical Skills Required

  • Pipeline management and lead tracking systems
  • CRM management and updates
  • Campaign coordination across inbound and outbound channels
  • Marketing analytics and reporting using tools such as Google Analytics
  • Experience managing paid campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
