Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Process semi-monthly payroll for employees, including the review and validation of timekeeping records, salary computations, and mandatory and authorized deductions.
  • Conduct the actual payroll run and ensure the accurate and timely release of employee salaries.
  • Prepare and upload payroll files to the company's designated bank for salary disbursement.
  • Generate, distribute, and maintain employee payslips and payroll-related records.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate payroll reports, summaries, and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain and regularly update employee leave records and leave trackers.
  • Process and facilitate remittances of government-mandated contributions and benefits, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG Fund, and withholding taxes.
  • Prepare and submit BIR Form 1601-C and other required payroll-related tax reports.
  • Prepare and issue BIR Form 2316 to employees.
  • Process payments and professional fees for associate and affiliate physicians.
  • Process company-initiated benefits reimbursement to employees
  • Respond promptly and professionally to employee inquiries related to payroll, taxes, deductions, leave balances, and benefits.
  • Assist employees in the availment of government benefits and the company's health benefit program.
  • Coordinate with relevant internal departments and external providers to resolve payroll and benefits-related concerns.
  • Participate in the development, review, and implementation of compensation and benefits programs, policies, and initiatives.
  • Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and applicable labor, tax, and government regulations.


  • Qualifications and Competencies
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least two (2) years of relevant experience in payroll processing, compensation and benefits administration, or HR operations.
  • Knowledgeable of Philippine labor laws, payroll regulations, BIR requirements, and government-mandated benefits, including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG Fund.
  • Experience in preparing and filing BIR Form 1601-C and BIR Form 2316 is preferred.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems, HR information systems, timekeeping platforms, and online banking portals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and payroll-related reports.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential employee information with professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and payroll cut-off schedules.
  • Ability to address employee inquiries clearly and professionally.
  • Proactive, reliable, and committed to continuous improvement of payroll and benefits processes.
