About The Role
We are looking for an experienced
Compensation and Benefits Manager to lead and manage total rewards strategy. This role is responsible for designing competitive compensation structures, overseeing employee benefits programs, and ensuring alignment with business goals and market standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies aligned with company objectives
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness
- Manage end-to-end payroll review and compensation planning cycles
- Oversee employee benefits programs (healthcare, insurance, retirement, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
- Lead job evaluation and grading systems
- Partner with HR and leadership teams on rewards-related decisions
- Analyze compensation data and generate insights for leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits or total rewards
- Strong knowledge of compensation structures, job evaluation, and salary benchmarking
- Experience in handling benefits administration and vendor management
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
