Job Overview

As a Training Manager, you oversee the design, development, and delivery of training programs that support operational excellence and employee development. You ensure training initiatives align with business goals, drive performance improvement through effective learning strategies, and foster cross-team collaboration to enhance overall capability and readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and strengthen strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to support training and development goals
  • Execute organizational training strategies with a clear understanding of operational functions and program objectives
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement that enhance learning effectiveness and return on investment
  • Communicate expectations clearly and provide constructive feedback to improve and sustain individual and team performance
  • Hold team members accountable for commitments, monitor progress, and drive measurable performance improvement
  • Apply strong written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas, updates, and feedback effectively
  • Use experience and sound judgment to anticipate challenges, address issues proactively, and manage complex situations
  • Leverage technology effectively to enhance training design, delivery, and evaluation processes
  • Determine appropriate use of technology-based learning tools to improve learner engagement and training outcomes
  • Utilize learning metrics and analytics to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of training initiatives
  • Capture, organize, and share knowledge resources to encourage collaboration and continuous learning within the organization
  • Manage time, resources, and training schedules efficiently to ensure timely completion of deliverables and initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Quality, and Leadership teams to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions
  • Support onboarding, upskilling, and cross-training initiatives to strengthen workforce readiness and adaptability
  • Strictly adhere to all organizational security policies and procedures, proactively maintaining up-to-date knowledge through mandatory training and ensuring the immediate reporting of all suspicious activities or security incidents.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in education, Training and Development, Human Resources, or related field
  • Experience:
  • At least five years of experience in training, learning, and development, preferably in a BPO environment
  • Track record in designing and executing successful training programs

Skills:

  • Knowledge of training needs analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite applications
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.)
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills in dynamic environments
  • Proven ability to coach, teach, and guide the development process of trainers
  • Comfortable delivering presentations to a wide range of audiences
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills
  • Ability to plan, multitask, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work independently and balance multiple programs/accounts simultaneously

Languages: Strong written and verbal communication skills

Working Conditions

  • Shifting Schedule (including weekend shift)
  • Fully office-based position
