Job Description

This position is responsible for end-to-end credit administration and documentation management for corporate & commercial lending business. The role ensures all corporate & commercial credit facilities are properly documented, secured, disbursed and monitored in strict compliance with the Bank's credit policies, internal procedures and local regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Credit Documentation & Disbursement Management

- Prepare, review and verify all corporate credit documents including loan agreements, facility letters, security documents, guarantees, mortgages, pledges and other legal documents strictly in accordance with credit approval terms.

- Check and fulfill all Conditions Precedent (CP) and Conditions Subsequent (CS) before loan disbursement.

- Process drawdown, repayment, rollover, restructuring and limit utilization accurately in the core banking system.

2. Collateral & Security Management

- Manage collateral registration, custody, verification and periodic revaluation for corporate clients.

- Coordinate with legal teams, valuation companies and registration authorities to ensure perfection of security interests.

- Monitor collateral coverage ratio and process collateral release or amendment requests in a timely manner.

3. Covenant Compliance & Post-loan Monitoring

- Track financial and non-financial covenants including financial ratios, reporting requirements, insurance and other mandatory obligations.

- Support post-loan review, early warning signals monitoring and risk rating updates.

- Maintain complete post-loan monitoring records and escalate irregularities to management promptly.

4. Credit Files & System Maintenance

- Maintain accurate and complete credit data in core banking and credit management systems.

- Manage physical and electronic credit files throughout their lifecycle in line with audit and compliance standards.

- Prepare regular MIS reports and support internal and external audits.

5. Compliance & Cross-team Coordination

- Ensure full compliance with AML, KYC/CDD, data privacy and operational risk policies.

- Liaise closely with Relationship Managers, Credit Risk, Legal, Compliance and Operations teams to ensure smooth credit execution.

- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and risk control.

Job Requirements

1. Education

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law or related fields.

2. Professional Experience

- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Credit Admin, Credit Operations or Loan Documentation in commercial banks.

- Solid hands-on experience in corporate / commercial lending is mandatory.

- Working experience in foreign banks is highly preferred.

3. Professional Knowledge & Skills

- Sound knowledge of corporate credit products, loan structures, security packages and credit approval process.

- Familiar with local financial regulations, collateral registration rules and banking compliance requirements.

- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and core banking systems.

- High attention to detail, strong accountability and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

4. Language

- Fluent in written and spoken English is essential.
