Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Management

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new LPG accounts across retail, commercial, industrial, and bulk segments.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve volume and revenue targets.
  • Expand presence in new markets and segments, ensuring sustainable growth.

Account & Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and institutional partners.
  • Negotiate and manage supply contracts, pricing agreements, and service terms.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure prompt resolution of issues.

Operational & Market Execution

  • Oversee sales operations, ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
  • Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and technical teams for seamless product delivery and customer service.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market pricing, and industry trends to adjust strategies accordingly.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Manage, coach, and motivate a sales team to achieve individual and group KPIs.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, customer focus, and performance excellence.
  • Provide training and guidance on LPG sales, safety standards, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA is an advantage).

Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years of proven sales experience in the LPG industry, with exposure to retail, commercial, industrial, and bulk accounts.
  • Background in the fuel industry (e.g., managing/operating retail fuel stations, petroleum sales, or related business) is a strong advantage.
  • Track record in achieving sales targets and managing large key accounts.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and contract management skills.
  • Excellent leadership and people management capabilities.
  • Analytical and strategic thinker with solid business acumen.
  • Familiarity with LPG safety standards, regulations, and operational requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Other Requirements:

  • Must be willing to be based in Pasig City and travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.
  • Valid driver's license preferred.
