Backed by General Catalyst (investors in Airbnb and Snapchat), Club Feast is growing rapidly and building a high-performance sales organization to support expansion across the United States.

About the Role

We are hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our commercial growth team.

This is a fully remote role supporting U.S.-based sales efforts and working primarily during U.S. business hours.

You will be responsible for generating qualified meetings through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and lead qualification. This is a high-activity sales role designed for candidates who enjoy speaking with decision-makers, handling objections, and creating opportunities.

What You'll Do

Outbound Prospecting

  • Make 100+ outbound calls per day
  • Prospect and engage decision-makers at U.S.-based companies
  • Execute outbound email and LinkedIn outreach
  • Qualify prospects and identify potential opportunities
  • Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives

CRM & Pipeline Management

  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot
  • Track outreach activity and meeting outcomes
  • Follow established sales processes and cadences
  • Maintain a healthy and organized pipeline

Collaboration & Growth

  • Work directly with Account Executives and sales leadership
  • Participate in coaching and training sessions
  • Continuously improve messaging and conversion rates
  • Contribute to pipeline growth and revenue generation

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 90 days, you will:

  • Consistently meet outreach activity expectations
  • Book qualified meetings for the sales team
  • Demonstrate strong sales communication skills
  • Become a reliable contributor to pipeline growth
  • Show readiness for additional sales responsibilities

Who You Are

  • Minimum 2 years of outbound sales, BDR, SDR, appointment setting, telesales, or similar experience
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Comfortable making 100+ calls per day
  • Confident handling objections and rejection
  • Goal-oriented and highly competitive
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working U.S. business hours
  • Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, or another CRM preferred
