About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) with a strong background in SaaS sales and proven success engaging US-based clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in outbound prospecting, understands complex sales cycles, and can confidently build relationships with decision-makers across mid-market and enterprise organizations.

You will play a critical role in generating qualified pipeline opportunities for the sales team through strategic outreach, lead qualification, and consultative conversations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential customers across the US market through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Generate and qualify high-quality sales opportunities for Account Executives
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand client pain points, business needs, and buying drivers
  • Build and manage a healthy outbound pipeline while maintaining accurate CRM records
  • Develop targeted outreach strategies and personalized messaging to improve conversion rates
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align campaigns and lead generation efforts
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the company's SaaS solutions, industry trends, and competitive landscape
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly KPIs and pipeline generation targets

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a Business Development Representative, SDR, or outbound sales role within a SaaS environment
  • Proven experience selling to US-based clients is required
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding outbound prospecting and pipeline generation targets
  • Experience engaging with decision-makers across SMB, mid-market, or enterprise accounts
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong consultative selling and objection-handling abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Experience using CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo, or similar tools
  • Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales targeting North American markets
  • Experience working remotely with global teams
  • Familiarity with modern outbound sales methodologies and multi-channel prospecting strategies
