Job Summary

We are looking for relentless hunters with the personality, drive, and intelligence to open doors at the highest levels. Your mission is simple: identify high-potential partners, find the decision-makers, and secure a seat at the table. You focus on the hunt; our core team handles the close.

What You'll Own

  • Strategic Prospecting: Identify potential app and platform partners worldwide based on specific criteria.
  • Pitch & Engage: Execute high-quality, personalized outreach to spark interest and get decision-makers to raise their hand.
  • The Hand-off: Once a lead is qualified and interested, you move it to our senior team to finalize the deal and handle the technical implementation.
  • Pipeline Management: Keep a shared lead sheet updated to ensure your commissions are tracked and paid accurately.

Compensation (100% Commission-Only)

This is a recurring commission-based role designed to reward high performers. We pay 6% of the gross revenue on every deal you source for the first 6 months from the partner's go-live date.

Example: If a partner you source generates $20,000 in gross value per month, your commission is $1,200/month for that 6-month period.

Path to Full-Time (Base+Commission)

We view this role as a 6-month tryout for our core team. We will provide the training and the playbook, but you need to bring the hustle. BDRs who consistently close deals and hit live revenue targets within their first 6 months will be offered a permanent, full-time salaried position (Base Salary + ongoing 6% commission).

Who You Are

  • Experience: 3+ years in BDR, SDR, or Lead Generation roles. You know how to find a decision-maker and write a message they will actually read.
  • Resourceful: You know how to navigate LinkedIn and digital directories to find the right person without relying on an expensive software stack.
  • Persistent: You understand that in this industry, a No today is almost always a Maybe or a Yes tomorrow.
  • Self-Starter: This is a flexible, non-exclusive role. You decide when and how much you work, driven by uncapped earning potential.
