Job Description

Business Development Representative

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative to help grow our client base and build strong business relationships.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of sales experience in staffing solutions, healthcare, or general business
  • Proven track record in managing customer relationships and achieving sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal, decision-making, and communication skills
  • Experience selling staffing solutions, preferably in healthcare
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, RingCentral, Monday.com, Time Clock Wizard, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and related tools
  • Local US accent is a plus

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
  • Maintain accurate records and updates in Salesforce and sales reports
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with leads and clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams to optimize sales processes
  • Participate in training, coaching, and other assigned tasks
