Job Description

This is a full-time role for a Salesforce Sales Account Executive.

The role involves prospecting and identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, presenting CRM solutions tailored to client needs, and managing the sales cycle. You will collaborate with technical teams, contribute to growth strategies, and stay updated with CRM market trends to drive business success. A strong commitment to achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional client outcomes is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within enterprise accounts
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to deal closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Understand client business needs and propose tailored Salesforce solutions
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, technical teams, and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment
  • Develop strategic account plans to drive long-term growth and retention
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts using CRM tools
  • Stay updated on Salesforce products, industry trends, and competitor activities

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate has a strong background in consultative selling, deep understanding of Salesforce solutions, and experience handling complex, high-value deals.

2+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS or CRM solutions

Comfortable with cold calling

Strong communication skills

Resilient and KPI-driven

Experience selling CRM, helpdesk, or SaaS is a plus

Nice to Have

Experience selling Zendesk or similar platforms

Familiar with MEDDIC or BANT qualification
