The Business Growth Officer is responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing scalable strategies to accelerate organizational growth. This role blends market insight, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration to unlock revenue opportunities, expand customer reach, and elevate brand performance.
Duties And Responsibilities
I. Strategic Growth Planning
- Develop and execute growth roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Identify new markets, customer segments, and product/service opportunities
- Drive initiatives that increase revenue, customer acquisition, and retention
II. Data-Driven Market Intelligence
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer trend assessments
- Translate insights into actionable strategic recommendations
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to measure initiative impact
III. Partnership & Business Development
- Cultivate partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic alliances
- Lead outreach efforts for business collaborations, sponsorships, and B2B deals
- Negotiate contracts and proposals in alignment with company goals
IV. Innovative and Optimization
- Spearhead programs to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations team to test and scale new ideas
- Recommend technologies or tools that enhance productivity or market relevance
V. Reporting and Executive Support
- Present business cases, reports, and forecasts to executive leadership
- Track budget usage, ROI, and milestone achievement of growth initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, strategy, or growth-focused roles
- Proven track record of identifying and executing successful growth initiatives
