Job Description:

This role leads the identification, evaluation, and execution of growth opportunities through market sizing, business case development, and strategic partnerships. This role drives product and service expansion by delivering sales, setting customer strategies, and leveraging competitive and InsurTech market intelligence to inform business decisions.

Internal Communication and Coordination

Facilitate communication with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, operations, customer service) regarding product updates, rollouts, or changes.

Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure smooth product implementation and launch.

Strategic Business Planning

Develop both short-term and long-term business strategies for general insurance aligned with company growth objectives.

Formulate actionable plans and initiatives to drive product uptake and market penetration.

Customer and Partner Relationship Management

Develop and manage key customer relationships and distribution partnerships (e.g., brokers, agents, corporate clients).

Identify opportunities for strategic alliances and joint initiatives.

Marketing and Sales Enablement

Design and support marketing campaigns to promote general insurance offerings.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to craft value propositions and messaging aligned with target markets.

Digital Insurance Services Implementation

Assist in the planning and implementation of digital insurance services and platforms.

Support the procurement and integration of relevant information technology for general insurance.

Manage third-party cooperation, oversee digital financial transactions, and resolve service delivery issues.

Support for Executive Management

Assist the Board of Directors in developing and monitoring digital initiatives related to general insurance.

Carry out additional tasks as assigned in support of business expansion or transformation goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree / 4-Year Course Graduate
  • At least 3-6 years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships with strong relationship-building, networking, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, including market research, opportunity assessment, pipeline management, and the ability to align initiatives with business goals and industry trends
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration, drive projects end-to-end, and deliver measurable revenue outcomes in a fast-paced environment
