Job Description

Core Duties:

  • Conduct market research to evaluate new business/market opportunities
  • Connect with qualified leads/prospects, and perform business presentations
  • Develop business proposals and actively participate in sales negotiations
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers
  • Mainly responsible for account management and customer servicing
  • Implement sales and account development programs geared toward business growth
  • Collaborate with the tech team on product development and customer concerns
  • Assist in all marketing-related events launches, trade shows, seminars, and more

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Preferably with sales experience in IT solutions, eCommerce, School Management Systems, or similar business
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills, with good command of the English language
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain business relationship
  • Analytical, organized, proactive, and responsible, has a growth mindset and problem-solving skills
