Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the life insurance brokerage sector.
  • Drive acquisition across corporate, SME, and individual segments.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and portfolio growth targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with brokers and intermediaries.
  • Provide training, support, and product knowledge sessions to enhance broker effectiveness.
  • Negotiate policy terms and premiums with underwriters in collaboration with brokers.
  • Assist clients with inquiries, endorsements, documentation, payments, and claims.
  • Work closely with claims, underwriting, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Provide regular reports on pipeline, retention, and portfolio growth.
  • Contribute to product development and marketing strategies tailored for brokerage distribution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • 12 years of experience in life insurance sales or brokerage business development.
  • Strong knowledge of life insurance products, brokerage operations, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and retention targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
