Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the life insurance brokerage sector.
- Drive acquisition across corporate, SME, and individual segments.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and portfolio growth targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with brokers and intermediaries.
- Provide training, support, and product knowledge sessions to enhance broker effectiveness.
- Negotiate policy terms and premiums with underwriters in collaboration with brokers.
- Assist clients with inquiries, endorsements, documentation, payments, and claims.
- Work closely with claims, underwriting, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Provide regular reports on pipeline, retention, and portfolio growth.
- Contribute to product development and marketing strategies tailored for brokerage distribution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- 12 years of experience in life insurance sales or brokerage business development.
- Strong knowledge of life insurance products, brokerage operations, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and retention targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
