Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients through research, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct field visits and market mapping to uncover new business opportunities
  • Set appointments and meet with business owners, HR leaders, and executives
  • Present HR Primos recruitment and HR solutions with confidence
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and assist in closing new accounts
  • Ensure a smooth handover of new clients to the Operations and Recruitment teams
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular check-ins and support
  • Track pipeline updates and conversion rates using CRM tools
  • Represent HR Primo in meetings, industry events, and networking activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or any related course
  • 12 years of sales, client-facing, or business development experience
  • Open to trainable candidates with strong communication and people skills
  • Confident speaking to decision-makers and executives
  • Proactive, organized, and motivated to meet goals
  • Comfortable with fieldwork and client visits
  • Goal-driven, professional, and eager to grow in a sales career
