Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients through research, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
- Conduct field visits and market mapping to uncover new business opportunities
- Set appointments and meet with business owners, HR leaders, and executives
- Present HR Primos recruitment and HR solutions with confidence
- Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and assist in closing new accounts
- Ensure a smooth handover of new clients to the Operations and Recruitment teams
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular check-ins and support
- Track pipeline updates and conversion rates using CRM tools
- Represent HR Primo in meetings, industry events, and networking activities
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or any related course
- 12 years of sales, client-facing, or business development experience
- Open to trainable candidates with strong communication and people skills
- Confident speaking to decision-makers and executives
- Proactive, organized, and motivated to meet goals
- Comfortable with fieldwork and client visits
- Goal-driven, professional, and eager to grow in a sales career
