About the Role

You will lead channel acquisition, evaluate new business opportunities, build strong partnerships, and help scale our presence across retail, e-commerce, corporate, and emerging channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys strategic planning, and excels in both relationship-building and sales execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and secure new distribution channels across retail, e-commerce, corporate, and alternative markets.
  • Study market trends, competitors, and category opportunities to guide acquisition and expansion strategies.
  • Develop compelling business proposals, pitch decks, and presentations aligned with partner requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, category owners, and distribution partners.
  • Oversee sales performance for assigned channels; ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are met.
  • Validate customer orders, ensuring adherence to pricing policies, credit limits, and promotion guidelines.
  • Monitor sell-in/sell-out performance and channel profitability; provide insights and action plans.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reports for management.
  • Lead and coach the Business Development Specialist and Sales Specialist to drive growth and execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, IT, or related fields (Post-graduate degree is a plus).
  • 35 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Category Managementpreferably in tech accessories, consumer electronics, smart wearables, smart home products, IT distribution, or FMCG.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities and manage high-profile accounts.
  • Experience with retail channels, e-commerce platforms, and/or product distribution is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of foreign OEM suppliers and manufacturers is a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to meeting deadlines.
  • Strong emotional intelligenceempathy, compassion, and professionalism.
