Job Description
- Identifying new leads which requires property and facilities management
- Researching organizations to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Attending meetings
- Keeping up to date with real estate and business news
- Developing business and marketing strategies
- Pitching real estate management services
- Developing quotes, proposals and power point presentations
- Ensuring that all documentation prepared on behalf of the division is brand compliant
- Maintaining a systematic records for all business partners
- Winning new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing clients
- Client liaison, including telephone and personal inquiries from clients and other organizations with regards to business proposals.
- Formulating and implementing client engagement strategies
- Build relationships with both internal and external business clients
Qualifications
- Candidate must at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
- 3 5 years work experience in Business Development and Marketing in same or related industry
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, organizes and able to communicate effectively with all levels of management in both oral and written form.
