JOB DESCRIPTION
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Manage client onboarding by coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of FinTech products and services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor account performance, usage metrics, and client activity to identify risks and growth opportunities.
- Proactively address client concerns, issues, or escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in alignment with client needs and company objectives.
- Conduct regular account reviews and provide clients with insights, reports, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, and Support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Ensure client compliance with contractual terms, company policies, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records in CRM and internal systems.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of any degree.
- At least 8–10 years of B2B sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to drive (preferred but not required).
