Job Description

Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for building lasting partnerships We are looking for a high-impact Business Development Manager to join our team and bridge the gap between our innovative FinTech solutions and our valued B2B clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Manage client onboarding by coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of FinTech products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor account performance, usage metrics, and client activity to identify risks and growth opportunities.
  • Proactively address client concerns, issues, or escalations and ensure timely resolution.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in alignment with client needs and company objectives.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and provide clients with insights, reports, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, and Support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure client compliance with contractual terms, company policies, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records in CRM and internal systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of any degree.
  • At least 8–10 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to drive (preferred but not required).
