The Director of Marketing is responsible for building and executing the company's marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and pipeline growth in the BPO/outsourcing industry. This role leads all marketing functions—including digital, content, and brand—and works closely with sales to support client acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals
- Define positioning and messaging for BPO services and target markets
- Identify priority industries, buyer personas, and growth opportunities
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to guide decisions
- Own end-to-end demand generation to drive qualified pipeline (MQLs)
- Lead integrated multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, content, ABM)
- Optimize funnel performance from awareness through conversion
- Partner with sales to align on lead quality, pipeline, and revenue goals
- Oversee digital marketing, including website, SEO, paid media, and automation
- Track and optimize performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, ZoomInfo and Salesforce
- Lead brand and content strategy to strengthen market positioning
- Drive global marketing initiatives targeting key international markets
- Represent the company through events, thought leadership, and industry presence
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team and manage external partners
- Own the marketing budget and report on KPIs, ROI, and business impact
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- At least 8 years of marketing experience, with BPO / outsourcing / contact center industry exposure
- Proven success in demand generation and digital marketing
- Strong understanding of global B2B marketing (especially US/SEA/LATAM markets)
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
