We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Account Executive to join our team in expanding the client base and strengthening relationships for our HMO products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new corporate accounts, managing existing accounts, and promoting customized health insurance solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and acquire new corporate and SME clients.
- Promote HMO products and services to prospective clients through presentations, meetings, and follow-up communications.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing policy and service updates.
- Collaborate with underwriting, customer service, and claims teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements tailored to client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- At least 12 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably within the HMO, insurance, or healthcare industry.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and close deals.
- Knowledge of HMO operations, healthcare benefits, and policy structures is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
