Assist in preparing sales proposals, bid documents, presentations, and quotations.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely submission of documents and client deliverables.
Maintain sales documentation, contracts, and client records.
Marketing & Relationship Support
Help in creating and updating marketing materials and sales presentations.
Support the execution of marketing campaigns and outreach activities.
Assist in maintaining strong client relationships through follow-ups and communication.
Administrative Functions
Track leads, proposals, and sales progress using CRM or internal tools.
Schedule client meetings, demos, and internal sales activities.
Handle incoming client inquiries and route them to the appropriate teams.
Coordination
Collaborate with other departments (finance, operations, technical) to gather inputs for proposals and ensure alignment.
Ensure that sales and marketing materials are up-to-date and organized.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
At least 12 years of experience in sales support, sales coordination, or administrative roles (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may be considered).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and preferably familiar with CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
