Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to own the full sales cycle for our B2B software platform serving the home care and healthcare hiring industry. In this role, you will generate and qualify leads, run product demos, and close new business as the driving force behind our growth. We are looking for a seasoned, self-motivated sales professional who excels at outbound prospecting and consistently turns conversations into closed deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo
  • Build and manage targeted prospect lists within the home care and healthcare sector
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to book qualified meetings
  • Run product demonstrations that clearly communicate the platform's value to prospects
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through to closing
  • Qualify both inbound and outbound leads to maintain a healthy, high-quality pipeline
  • Follow up consistently to move deals forward and shorten the sales cycle
  • Track outreach, pipeline, and deal activity in the CRM
  • Meet and exceed monthly lead generation and revenue targets

Mandatory Skills:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation
  • Proven experience running the full sales cycle, including live demos and closing deals
  • Hands-on proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Hands-on proficiency with Apollo (or comparable prospecting/outreach tools)
  • Strong, persuasive written and verbal English communication
  • Confident and articulate on live demo and sales calls
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience selling SaaS or software platforms
  • Background selling into the home care, healthcare, or staffing/recruiting space
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales pipeline management tools
  • Experience with ATS or job board products
  • Ability to manage multiple deals and priorities simultaneously
