Responsible for driving top-line revenue velocity by securing enterprise-level contracts and managing high-value framework agreements for COREnergy. Works closely with internal technical, financial, and legal teams to structure sophisticated energy solutions, navigate complex institutional procurement cycles, and manage relationship management with C-suite executives across major corporate and industrial accounts. Oversees the end-to-end institutional sales cycle, ensures seamless project handovers to the Project Management Office (PMO), and equips the core sales team with the training and enablement materials needed to accelerate market penetration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or an Energy-related field; an MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a distinct advantage.
  • At least 7–10 years of institutional B2B sales experience, with a minimum of 4 years specifically within the Philippine renewable energy, power utilities, or energy efficiency sectors.
  • Proven track record of closing multi-million PHP enterprise-level contracts or long-term framework agreements with major real estate developers, industrial estate operators, or conglomerate clients.
  • Deep understanding of complex commercial deal structuring, energy tariffs, and the Philippine power sector landscape.
  • Exceptional high-stakes negotiation skills, strong executive presence for C-suite level interactions, and outstanding strategic relationship-building capabilities.
