Role Description
This position offers full-time, part-time, or commission-based engagement options, based on the candidate's availability and expertise. The Business Development Manager will work on-site in Pasig and is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and strengthening client relationships.
Key responsibilities include developing and managing a robust sales pipeline, performing in-depth market research, and presenting tailored proposals to decision-makers. The role also involves negotiating business terms, coordinating with internal teams to address client requirements, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in shaping revenue strategies and contributing to the company's long-term success.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to identify, engage, and convert potential clients within the Business Process Outsourcing industry, specializing in lead generation, customer support, technical support, and back-office solutions.
Currently managing a list of qualified prospective clients who have expressed interest in outsourcing services, with ongoing communication and scheduled follow-ups for potential closures.
Skilled in prospecting, cold outreach, client pitching, proposal creation, contract negotiation, and handover to operations.
Knowledgeable about global outsourcing trends, cost-optimization strategies, workforce scalability, and competitive positioning in the BPO sector.
Experienced in building trust-based, long-term relationships with key decision-makers including founders, CEOs, COOs, procurement heads, and vendor managers.
Consistent record of meeting and exceeding KPIs such as leads generated, appointments set, proposals submitted, and deals closed.
Exceptional verbal and written communication, able to deliver compelling presentations tailored to different industries and client needs.
Ability to identify ideal client profiles (ICPs) across industries such as e-commerce, fintech, SaaS, healthcare, logistics, and IT support.
