About the Role
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead initiatives that drive new partnerships, expand market presence, and contribute to the company's growth. This role is responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing partnership opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives. The Business Development Manager will also design and execute sales acquisition programs, marketing strategies, and developmental initiatives to consistently achieve targets and strengthen the business.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with hotel and property owners, as well as other potential partners.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, proposals, and contracts to consistently meet or exceed quota targets.
- Develop tailored quotes and proposals that align with client needs and objectives.
- Apply critical thinking during planning and negotiation phases to ensure successful outcomes.
Client Relationship Management
- Build, manage, and nurture long-term client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Maintain and strengthen existing partnerships by providing continuous support and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to foster collaboration and trust.
Strategy & Reporting
- Develop and implement marketing and sales acquisition strategies to expand the company's reach.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide regular progress reports and business updates directly to the Cluster Business Development Manager.
- Contribute insights to improve sales processes, client engagement strategies, and business development programs.
Team & Collaboration
- Support and mentor junior members of the business development team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership agreements and projects.
- Actively contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 12 years of business development or sales experience preferred but fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with advanced English proficiency (verbal and written).
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies.
- Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity and changing requirements.
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
- Compelling sales personality with a hunger to chase and close new business.
- Highly focused, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to start immediately is a plus.
