Work Arrangement: Work From Home

Location: Any CS Branch - Angeles, Mabalacat, Makati, Ortigas, Tarlac/Davao

Schedule: Morning Shift

Were looking for a driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead cold outreach and sales to small U.S.-based businesses. Your primary goal will be generating leads and closing sales for local advertisers targeting small companies (insurance agencies, trades, home services, local shops, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through cold calls to small business owners in the U.S.
  • Build a pipeline of qualified leads
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, follow-ups, objection handling, and closing.
  • Track outreach, pipeline, and conversions using CRM tools.
  • Hit and exceed monthly sales targets.

Qualification And Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B cold outreach and sales selling to U.S. companies.
  • Strong understanding of SMB markets (insurance, trades, services, local businesses).
  • Excellent spoken and written English; confident in phone and email communication.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn).
  • Hunter mentality persistent, resilient, and target-driven.
  • Experience using CRMs and sales tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) a plus.
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours

We offer competitive compensation, PLUS commission structure (uncapped earning potential).
