Were looking for a driven
Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead cold outreach and sales to small U.S.-based businesses. Your primary goal will be generating leads and closing sales for local advertisers targeting small companies (insurance agencies, trades, home services, local shops, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through cold calls to small business owners in the U.S.
- Build a pipeline of qualified leads
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, follow-ups, objection handling, and closing.
- Track outreach, pipeline, and conversions using CRM tools.
- Hit and exceed monthly sales targets.
Qualification And Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B cold outreach and sales selling to U.S. companies.
- Strong understanding of SMB markets (insurance, trades, services, local businesses).
- Excellent spoken and written English; confident in phone and email communication.
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn).
- Hunter mentality persistent, resilient, and target-driven.
- Experience using CRMs and sales tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) a plus.
- Ability to work U.S. business hours
We offer competitive compensation, PLUS commission structure (uncapped earning potential).
