Role Overview
This is a pure enterprise sales role. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing to supporting launch. We are looking for someone independent, action-oriented, and comfortable building momentum from the ground up.
You will focus on acquiring large enterprise clients and working cross functionally to ensure successful onboarding and rollout.
As a small and growing team, we also need someone flexible and hands on, who is willing to step beyond a strict job scope when needed to help move the business forward.
What You'll Do
• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing, onboarding and launch
• Prospect and build a strong pipeline of enterprise accounts
• Conduct sales presentations and commercial negotiations
• Build multi-level relationships with CHRO, CFO, CEOs and other senior stakeholders
• Identify decision makers, champions and blockers within accounts
• Define and refine target segments aligned with Paywatch's focus industries
• Attend industry events, actively network, and join relevant associations to build pipeline and brand presence
• Develop partnerships and new business opportunities through strategic partnerships
• Work closely with Customer Success, Marketing, Finance and Operations and regional teams to ensure smooth client experience
• Meet and exceed revenue and activation targets
• Maintain strong account intelligence and market awareness
Who You Are
• 5 to 8 years of B2B Enterprise Sales experience
• Proven track record of closing large corporate accounts
• Experience selling to senior stakeholders such as CHRO, CFO, COO or similar
• Background in fintech, financial wellness, HR tech, employee banking, payroll, SaaS or related industries is highly preferred
• Experience selling into BPO, logistics, tech, manufacturing, service industries or large MNCs is a strong advantage
• Comfortable operating independently, takes full ownership of targets, and collaborates effectively within a team
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action
