Job Description

Comrise is seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager to expand Comrise's presence in the US market. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, developing long-term partnerships, and promoting our outsourcing solutions, including RPO, BPO, and staffing services.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record in selling outsourcing services within the US market and possesses deep knowledge of client acquisition, consultative selling, and solution-based engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across the US market, focusing on outsourcing solutions (RPO, BPO, IT staffing, and managed services)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (HR leaders, Talent Acquisition heads, Procurement, and C-level executives)
  • Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting, and client presentations to negotiation and closing
  • Develop customized outsourcing solutions aligned with client needs and business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal delivery and recruitment teams to ensure seamless service execution and client satisfaction
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new growth opportunities
  • Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and networking engagements
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and business cases

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within outsourcing, staffing, or RPO industries
  • Proven experience selling into the US market is required
  • Strong understanding of outsourcing models (RPO, BPO, MSP, IT staffing)
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Experience working with global or offshore delivery teams is a plus
