We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead client acquisition and revenue growth initiatives. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, generating qualified leads, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in B2B sales, outsourcing, staffing, recruitment, or BPO industries and is confident in managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting and relationship-building to negotiation and closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives to generate new client opportunities
- Identify, target, and engage business owners, executives, and decision-makers who require Virtual Assistants and outsourced staffing solutions
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and lead generation channels
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms to source, qualify, and manage leads
- Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and virtual meetings
- Present and position Engaged Staffer's outsourcing and staffing solutions based on client business needs
- Lead discovery calls, client presentations, and sales consultations via Zoom and other communication platforms
- Develop client proposals, support negotiations, and assist in closing new business deals
- Build long-term client relationships to encourage retention, repeat business, and account growth
- Collaborate with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure successful client onboarding and service delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry opportunities to support business growth strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly KPIs related to revenue generation, client acquisition, appointments, and sales targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and business development reports
