Business Development Manager (BDM) drives company revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and cultivating client relationships. They create sales strategies, prospect new leads, and negotiate deals, bridging the gap between sales, marketing, and top-level management to secure long-term profitability
- Strategic Planning: Research industry trends, track competitors, and develop strategic action plans and budgets to increase revenue margins.
- Sales & Negotiation: Lead the sales cycle from pitching and presenting to negotiating, closing, and finalizing contracts.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and sales teams to create tailored proposals and align on growth strategie
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to expand the clientele, often via cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Client Relationship Management: Nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction, retain business, and identify opportunities for upsells
Minimum Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 5 years plus experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
With TELCO Industry Background
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for presentations and negotiating.
Technical Skills: MS Excel, and research tools.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and financial data to guide decisions
