Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, remote Business Development Manager to drive growth and secure strategic partnerships. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering relationships with clients, and creating tailored proposals to meet client needs. Responsibilities include market research, lead generation, partnership building, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation. The ideal candidate will also maintain and nurture client relationships to enhance long-term business success.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in lead generation, business prospecting, and client acquisition.
  • Strategic planning, market research, and data analysis expertise.
  • Proficiency in relationship building, communication, and negotiation.
  • Experience in creating and presenting business proposals and sales pitches.
  • Results-oriented approach with a proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with outsourcing solutions or similar industries is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
