Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Taguig. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategic plans to drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include market research, lead generation, negotiations, creating proposals, delivering presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful projects.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Business Development, Lead Generation, and Sales strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical mindset for market research and identifying growth opportunities
  • Experience in Relationship Management and Client Engagement
  • Ability to work effectively on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in understanding digital services, IT operations, or related fields
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Past experience in a similar role and in managing global accounts is an advantage
