Role Description

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Metro Manila. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and implementing business development strategies, researching market and industry trends, preparing sales presentations, meeting with potential clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management
• Strong analytical and research skills for identifying market opportunities and trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing, social media strategies, and campaign management
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive results
• A proactive and self-motivated approach with strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with the marketing and communications industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is required
