Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities

Lead strategic growth initiatives, drive revenue, and ensure top-tier service delivery. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and subject matter experts to exceed targets and support the Country GM and Head of Sales in achieving business goals.

Description

Drive commercial strategy to grow sales across H3S and Medical Services, expand into new markets, and promote the International SOS solution portfolio. Lead strategic account management, coach Business Development Managers, and coordinate sales initiatives across the country.

Maintain a strong sales pipeline, support proposal development, and collaborate with partners and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Provide market insights, guide solution development, and ensure alignment with operational needs and global strategy.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 910 years in B2B sales and business development, ideally in the Asian market and within complex industries.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, solution selling, account management, and project management. Comfortable in matrix environments and managing competing priorities.
  • Competencies: Proven sales success, strategic thinking, relationship-building, and ability to demonstrate ROI.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree minimum.
  • Tools: Proficient in MS Office and Power BI.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; SEA language preferred.
  • Other: Self-starter, adaptable, able to travel (510%), and thrive in an entrepreneurial setting.
