Business Development Manager

Role Description

We are looking for a results-oriented Business Development Manager with proven experience in lead generation and revenue growth within a marketing or creative agency setting. You will play a key role in driving the Company's expansion by identifying high-value prospects, closing deals, and contributing to strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Sales
• Proactively generate high-quality leads using digital channels, outbound outreach, networking, and partnerships
• Qualify prospects, pitch Company's services, and close deals that align with company targets
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with lead generation goals
• Maintain and optimize CRM data for pipeline tracking and follow-ups
• Revenue Growth
• Develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients
• Work with leadership to refine pricing models, proposals, and contracts Strategic Business Planning
• Contribute to quarterly and annual business planning
• Identify new service offerings, verticals, or markets that Luminary can tap into
• Analyze sales metrics and lead performance reports to refine approach
