Your Role

As an Internal Sales Representative, you will:

  • Generate new business opportunities and manage incoming leads through proactive research, digital sourcing, and daily cold-calling initiatives.
  • Maintain and defend relationships with existing local and national customers across the Hospitality, Heaters, Industrial, and LPG markets.
  • Achieve strict monthly sales targets and internal KPIs, including hitting targets for daily/monthly cold calls, lead generation, and new customer acquisitions.
  • Manage multiple sales inboxes, track weekly and monthly sales metrics, and ensure all Gas Supply Agreements (GSA) and CRM records are accurately updated.
  • Embody a safety-first mindset by adhering to workplace safety rules, participating in risk assessments, and reporting hazards to ensure a secure environment.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in an internal sales, lead generation, or similar business development role.
  • Proven experience in B2B solution prospecting and securing new business sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet strict daily and monthly outbound sales KPIs (e.g., high-volume cold calling and lead conversion).
  • Proficiency in tracking sales metrics and managing/updating sales activities within CRM systems.
  • Strong commitment to administrative accuracy, ensuring compliance with company policies and swift paperwork processing.

Preferred Skills/expertise

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an excellent telephone manner.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills to effectively collaborate with various internal departments and external clients.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads and sales inboxes simultaneously.
  • A sales-driven, customer-centric approach with intermediate computer and reporting proficiency.
  • Prior experience or familiarity with industrial gases, LPG, or the hospitality supply market is a plus.
