Job Description

Business Development & Partnerships

  • Own end-to-end sales pipeline for Ads, B2B/API deals, and new service verticals (Cars, Padala)
  • Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities with advertisers, agencies, enterprise clients, and corporate accounts
  • Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and partnership structures
  • Develop growth strategies and go-to-market plans for new products and services

Client & Account Management

  • Act as the main relationship lead for strategic partners across verticals
  • Understand client objectives and deliver tailored Angkas solutions
  • Drive client satisfaction, retention, and account expansion
  • Provide regular business reviews, performance updates, and insights to partners

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Work closely with Product and Tech teams to enable API integrations and new service rollouts
  • Partner with Operations to ensure reliable delivery of Cars and Padala services
  • Collaborate with Finance and Admin to manage billing, collections, and payment processes
  • Align with Marketing on sales materials, pitches, and joint campaigns with partners

Revenue Growth & Reporting

  • Track performance of Ads, B2B, and new vertical revenues against targets
  • Monitor campaign and service delivery metrics, ensuring ROI for clients
  • Provide weekly/monthly revenue forecasts and pipeline reports to leadership
  • Recommend new revenue models, pricing, and product features based on market needs

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field. MBA a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships in technology, digital media, ride-hailing/logistics, or e-commerce
  • Proven track record in media sales / ads monetization and/or B2B/API enterprise partnerships
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, mobility services, and e-commerce ecosystems
  • Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills
  • Strong network among advertisers, agencies, and enterprise clients
  • Data-driven with the ability to build business cases, revenue forecasts, and ROI models
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
