Position Overview
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and expanding new business opportunities to support the company's growth. This role leads market research, builds strategic partnerships, oversees new business initiatives, and ensures the successful execution of business development strategies. The position requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to drive sustainable business growth.
I. Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Strategy
Identify new market opportunities, emerging trends, and potential business ventures.
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's market presence.
Conduct feasibility studies and prepare business proposals for new projects.
- Partnership & Relationship Management
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Negotiate contracts, agreements, and collaborations that support business growth.
Represent the company in external meetings, conferences, and business events.
- Market Research & Analysis
Perform competitor analysis, industry studies, and customer demand assessments.
Monitor market movements and provide insights to senior management.
Recommend business adjustments based on market conditions and performance data.
Lead the development and launch of new business initiatives from conceptualization to execution.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, finance, and HR.
Track progress of new projects and evaluate return on investment (ROI).
- Sales Management (Online & Offline)
Oversee and manage sales strategies for both online and physical store channels.
Plan and execute sales activities, promotions, and programs to achieve sales targets.
Analyze sales performance data to identify gaps, opportunities, and improvement strategies.
Work closely with store teams and online teams to ensure consistent customer experience and brand representation.
Ensure proper coordination between operations, marketing, and sales teams to maximize conversions across all platforms.
Develop KPIs for business initiatives and measure performance against targets.
Prepare regular reports for senior management on business development outcomes.
Recommend corrective actions when targets or project milestones are not met.
II. Job Requirements
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, or related field.
Master's degree (MBA) is an advantage.
Work Experience
Minimum 35 years experience in business development, sales, marketing, or related field.
Proven track record in identifying business opportunities and executing growth strategies.
Experience in retail, telecommunications, distribution, or consumer electronics industry is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build partnerships and maintain strong professional relationships.
High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is an advantage.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Can work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

SALARY RANGE: 3,076.93/day
